We left Sherwood Park today at about 5:30 in the evening and had an uneventful drive through Lloydminster, North Battleford and into Saskatoon. Nothing much exciting in the way of wildlife today, but we did see a couple of bison, a couple of deer, a coyote and an owl. Hooooo! We were amused to see a sign in one rural SK town advertising upcoming outhouse races. Sounds exciting! The sunset behind us was stunning and we will happily post pictures as soon as we acquire an appropriate cable. (Always one thing we forget!)
Looking forward to our first round of golf tomorrow at Dakota Dunes. The only thing that may dampen our spirits is the dampness itself! There's rain in the forecast...
Next stop, Winnipeg!
